Hello , i was looking for sound card driver update and i failed i found nothing.
My laptop is HP Pavilion dv6000
Product number is [Personal Information Removed]
Serial number is [edited]
Product key is [edited]

Hey there! @MrAncalagon, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Community!
I have checked the records and I see the PC you are using is an obsolete product.
And there no drivers available from HP for your PC.
Refer this article to know more information about the retired policy. Click here
If drivers were not downloaded automatically by Windows Update, use Device Manager to refresh the driver from Windows Update.
You have to update the drivers on the PC using the windows update.
Also, you can try uninstalling the audio drivers from the device manager and install the latest drivers using the HP support assistant.

Run a system diagnostics test on the PC and check if it the hardware components on the PC are functioning correctly.

Lastly, if the test fails it is a hardware issue with the PC and it's time for you to upgrade the PC to a new one.
