Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I checked previous answers. None worked. No matter how hard I push, the 3.5 mm jack is too big. What size jack do I need and where can I get headphones with that size jack?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you tried with different headphone?

Your computer shipped with Digital audio jack port which is compatible only with 3.5mm audio jack.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
