After Installing an OS and all drivers successfully, I stuck with “Multimedia Audio Controller”(under “Other Devices”).
This device instance path is: ”PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9D70&SUBSYS_80FF103C&REV_21\3&11583659&0&FB”
I tried to install - Conexant High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver but it does not work.
In addition, I tried to install Realtek High Definition Audio Codecs – No success.
*I ensured that Audio enabled in BIOS.
How can I fix it? Thanks!

The Conexant driver in your link is for Windows 10. Have you tried the Windows 7 Conexant driver?
