Hi Community,

I have an HP Probook 450 g6 laptop. I'm trying to conduct zoom meetings with it. I have used several types of external microphones, the output sound is very low. I've tried the microphones on other computers, and the sound was great.

It does not matter where I connect the microphone. Both USB and combo jack headset microphones produce the same low quality sound.

I've gone into all sound and audio checks, I have the audio drivers updated, HP assistant claim thee are no problems, and the boost slide does not appear on the configuration  panel.

Seems like the microphone is not getting enough power. Can anyone help?
