Recently got a brand new Spectre X360 notebook from Dubai. Unfortunately the Sound does not seem to work. Any advise on how this may be solved or what the problem maybe? Would I have to return the laptop to Dubai for any repairs or can it be sent to anywhere in South Africa?

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?
Have you checked the notebook with headphones?
May I know the exact product number of your notebook? Click here for assistance.
Recommend you to check if the audio is level is high and not muted in the taskbar.
If it is not muted, right-click on the speaker icon on the taskbar and select playback devices.
Make sure the speakers are enabled and set to defaults.
Please do check in device manager if the audio driver is disabled.
Uninstall it and install it back using HP Support assistant. Click here for other troubleshooting steps.
