Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sound not working after upgrading to Windows 20H2 fix.

Product name:HP Spectre x360 Convertible
Total memory:8.00 GB
Processor name:Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz

 

Instructions

1) Download the Bang & Olufsen software from HP.  Software Conexant High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver
VERSION: 9.0.68.61

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp80001-80500/sp80436.exe

2) Install the program driver

3) Open the Bang & Olufsen software program

4) Under the General Tab click on multistreaming (enable) *** A Must to enable sound

Done! Your sound issue should be fixed...
