HP Spectre x360 15 GEM CUT
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When ever window updates, my spectre notebook 3 speakers (Left, Front both) stopped working. Only Right Speaker is working efficiently.

This is second time, when i am facing this issue. Earlier it was resolved when BIOS updated.

I tried "Audio Trouble Shooter" in Windows 10, but issue not resolve.

I tried to Check the component >> Audio Playback Test, only left speaker is working, remaining 3 speakers are silent. Issue not recognized.

I entered in BIOS, select Load Setup Defaults, but issue not resolve.

I re-install the audio driver, but nothing happened.

I also checked the Audio Balance to movie right and left. If i off the right, then Left Speaker will work but sound is very slow, If i use both, then only Right Speaker will work loudly.

My All Drivers are up-to-date.

Let me know, what to do ?

Hi@MunawarSM, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

That probably due to Windows updates. Re-install driver should help. Please try

(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,

    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp87501-88000/sp87996.exe

(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver and reboot,
(c) Right-click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
