Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-bl1XX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The sound will start to play sort of using both speakers but then fades off to just the right speaker.   Thoughts?

 

I am confused as Realtek vs Bang & Olufsen (which its labeled to have) and then not Dolby?

Please download and install the following Realtek Audio software

 

   https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98001-98500/sp98419.exe

 

B & O is a subset and will be included in Realtek software. Dolby is another Trademark from Dolby_Laboratories
