Product: Spectre x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This spectre is freshly refurbished but only one of the bottom speakers functions, and only one side of the top speaker is putting out any sound, but is still very quiet. My sound driver is updated, and when I change balance on speakers, it treats the bottom left speaker as left and the top right speaker as right, but I am not producing any sound out of the bottom right speaker or top left. My HP support assistant program will not launch the audio troubleshooting program, and windows audio troubleshooter states nothing is wrong. How can I get my speakers to all work at the same time?
