Dear HP Expert ,
My company start using the latest model notebook HP EliteBook X360 830 G8 notebook ,currently alot user facing same issue after change to this model.
Issue: During webex /mircosoft team meeting, the headset audio device will disconnected ,during meeting.
below is the image.
I tried updating latest bios version 1.09.10 and audio driver download from HP website.
but still not able solved.
For my side I got try claim warranty mainboard ,after HP vendor change mainboard also facing same issue.
I suspect the audio driver got issue.
Please advise and assist.
