HP Zbook Firefly 14 G9
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

During daily work, I move from meeting room to meeting room and back to my desk. I guess it is not a special case during office work.

Unfortunately, when I came out from meeting room and sit back to my desk, the Audio devices got stucket, still visible in my Audio output view (Ctrl+win+v key combo).

These devices are Jabra Panacast 50 or Jabra C720, or others which beong to the meeting rooms. (Meeting room setup usually one Audio device (Jabra Panacast+Jabra c720) connected to a HP USB C-dock G5, or HP Thunderbolt dock G4 280w.

Ony my desk I have a HP C-dock G5.

So the main problem is, the Audio output devices does not reflect the actual status of my place. For example I can choose device as audio output, which are physically far away from my computer, does nt connected to my Dock, or the place I sit at that moment. This leads to chaos when a Teams meeting started, for example on my Desk I use a Plantronic W720 headset with station,  connected to my dock with USB, and the PC and Teams app does not recognise it, when I sit and connected to my place. I assume something is not okay with the AUDIO drivers, or PC firmware and/or Dock station firmwares, to handle this situation correctly.

We are using 23H2 W11 company edition, and I would say this situation (changeing places/flexible workplaces/meeting rooms is somehow normal nowadays, should be handled by a modern HP PC, mainly We use HP Dock stations everywhere, but this Audio driver sympthoms getting us crazy)

For sure we are using HP support assistant to keep all the drivers all the time up-to-date, includin PC and Dock's firmware.
