Hello,

whenever I start a videocall on Skype or Facebook Messenger, this audio settings bar pops up at the top of the screen and I can't find how to turn it off. You can't right click it and I haven't found a running app in the taskbar or in the task manager. However it doesn't appear when using the Windows Camera app, or recording with built-in mic in a software like Audacity.

Also when this settings bar appears, the received audio gets broken. It's a lot quieter and the sound quality is much lower, as if it was recorded with phone from 2005. This affects even youtube videos, so it's not just low quality of the video call. I would be very grateful for any suggestions how to get rid of this problem and how to disable the pop up settings bar.
