Hi. Sorry my English is not good.
I recently bought a omen gaming lap top.
At first run everything was ok but after a day speaker didn't work (headphones work)
When I checked it was problem with sound driver so I downloaded correct driver from hp site. After installation sound was back but after 3 minutes it happens again and when I check device manager there was no sound card. I install driver again and problem happened again!!
After third install, I opened sound setting that shows list of output/input divceses and realtek device was there but after a minute I saw device was deleted automatically and some other device shows up!?

Please perform a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.
(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp111001-111500/sp111136.exe
(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.
Regards.
