Have sound but no bass coming through Aux

Hi,

Whenever I plug my headphones into my AUX on my laptop, I get all the sound crystal clear except there is no bass. I have tried across multiple programmes and using Soundcloud online and it does it on all of them.

I have tested the headphones on other devices and bass comes through fine so it is definitely an issue with the laptop.

Please does someone have a fix for this?

Turns out a HP realtek drivers often come with different APO like DTS ,SRS ,etc

One of them is limiting your bass.
