My daughter broke her headphone jack off inside- no more sound with our without headphones. Trying to disable headphone jack so speakers will work. Nothing I've found so far on forum has been successful... Thanks in advance.

I understand that you would like to disable headphones.

 

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

 

Please try the below steps and check.

 

Open control panel

Go to Hardware and Sound.

click on sound/manage audio devices

select the playback tab

right-click on the headphones and select disable.
