Headphone Jack Not Working

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion x360 14 in.
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer seems to have a problem with the 3.5mm headphone jack. When I plug in any pair of headphones and turn the music on, no audio comes from my headphones. However, when I take the cord out, the music can play normally on the computer speakers. This isn't a headphone problem because I've tried to substitute other earphones, and no audio has come from those either.

Thanks for any help!
