Hi,can someone please tell me how to improve the volume through the headphones?

The audio is very disappointing on this laptop,even when headphone volume ste to max,it isn't loud enough.

Is the sound OK without headphones ? What is your Omen 15. Theare are dozens of models/products called HP Omen 15. Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:
