Product: HP 255 G8 Notebook PC (347S4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The headset external microphone is not detected fro, analog jack  ( head set is not in the list of input audio devices, only internal microphone is listed). Headset speakers are detected and listed. Mixer is not active, but it seems that external audio input and output  are mixed together at headset level, All Realtek drivers were re-installed. Several headsets were tested , also  input/output split cable was used.... no way. Thanks for your help
