Headset port, right side no sound

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

New desktop Pavilion AIO 27 r114,.

Headset jack problem. When I put on headset today, it crackled, sound went to left side, right side, back and forth, then right side went off, no sound. Tried various headsets, (that work on my cellphone), none of them will play right ear. Ran troubleshooting, uninstall/reinstall/restart drivers, etc, to no avail. On the desktop, left and right speakers work, this is a problem with the jack/plug. It's been working fine, up up until an hour ago.

Please do a clean install Audio softeware/driver, this should help.

(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,

(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.
