I'd be glad to help you! 

 

  1. Is the screen completely blank, or do you see any faint images or backlight when you try to turn on the laptop?
  2. Have you tried performing a hard reset by holding down the power button for 15-20 seconds?
  3. Can you describe what happened before the laptop went blank—did it shut down suddenly, or did you encounter any error messages or issues prior to this?

Could you elaborate more on the situation so we can better assist you?
