High frequent noise from my laptop

Dear sir or madam, 

My laptop makes a high frequent noice. 

I have already reset the device to the factory settings and I have installed all the updates, including the Bios update. 

I have also let some peers of mine hear the noise and they hear the same. 

For such an expenisive device I find it bad that it got this sound. 

Could this problem be solved?
