@samiul12, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The HP Pavilion - 15-cc112tu does not come with a backlit keyboard. While some models in the HP Pavilion series feature a keyboard backlight, this specific model is not equipped with that functionality.

Fix Speaker Sound on HP Pavilion

Step 1: Basic Checks

  • 🔊 Make sure volume isn’t muted.
  • Right-click on the sound icon in the taskbar → Click Open Sound settings → Check Output device is set to Speakers (Realtek Audio).

Step 2: Run Windows Troubleshooter

  1. Press Windows + I to open Settings.
  2. Go to Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
  3. Select Playing Audio → Click Run the troubleshooter.
  4. Follow the on-screen steps.

Step 3: Update Audio Driver

  1. Press Windows + X → Select Device Manager.
  2. Expand Sound, video and game controllers.
  3. Right-click on Realtek Audio (or similar) → Click Update driver.
  4. Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.

Step 4: Reinstall the Audio Driver

  1. In Device Manager, right-click Realtek Audio → Click Uninstall device.
  2. Restart your PC – Windows will automatically reinstall the driver.
  3. Alternatively, download the latest driver from the HP Support site.

I hope this helps.
