Hello, I bought my laptop a year ago and now my laptop microphone is not working. The sound itself works when playing a video, the microphone stopped working, when I talk to someone, they only hear noise and my voice does not. I tried to find a solution to the problem in Windows but Windows says that there are no problems. Because of what my microphone started making noise and not responding to my voice. Thank you in advance!

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if installing the latest audio driver from your notebook's support page resolves the problem.  Restart the PC after installing the driver.
