Hi everyone! So I recently purchased an hp envy 13 with nvidia mx350 gpu. I have the i7 core with intel 10. I do some gaming on it as well as Netflix but it’s mostly for school. I was watching Netflix last night and the audio was perfect. When I went on it today I did some schoolwork and put it away. Well I went on it later and the audio was all jacked up, it seems to only be using the bottom speakers and not the side speakers. My volume was at 100 and I ran trouble shooting as well as installing the latest audio drivers, which actually didn’t install because I already had the latest audio drivers because I’ve only had this laptop for about 2 weeks. I restarted the computer at first and the problem was still there. When I was watching Netflix last night I wasn’t watching it on full volume. I now shut off the pc and it’s charging. I’m not sure why the audio isn’t working as troubleshooting didnt detect any problems. Help?
