B&O play audio control should be included in Audio driver. Please try
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp100001-100500/sp100428.exe
or you have to use the old one
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp80501-81000/sp80538.exe
After that check HP Audio Switch, B&O should be there.
