Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

People cannot hear me clearly on Zoom or other calls! I have udpated drivers, BIOS and windows and I have talked to HP 3x and virtual agents(which are dreadful). I have only had this computer 8months and it has been failing since 3 months. I paid £1000 and have to use my old Dell still as it is better. Its warranty but HP will not help me. I cannot get a straight answer from HP, they never call back and when I call they cannot solve the issue but take me through lots of steps that never solve it. Is ENVY model a heap of junk!??? the touchpad sign in has not worked since it was one month old! same thing updated all the drivers and works for a couple of days and then goes wrong again. HP told me you have to call them for some updates. My first HP computer and I am totally devastated after spending so much money should have bought DELL! DO NOT BUY HP
