Product: HP Pavilion x360

My laptop was working fine about a week ago, I haven't used it since, but now theres no audio coming from it. I checked that nothing was muted, I restarted the laptop twice, I did a hard shutdown, and still nothing. I'm not really sure what's wrong with it. I thought to try to put headphones in to see if it was just the speaker, but no audio is coming in the headphones either.

I tried to do this, but my laptop doesn't have the file its telling me to click on

audio probs.pngi'm not sure what to do about this. I'm not very tech savvy and so I don't know if it's just named something different in my files or if it really just isn't there.
