Hello i was recently playing a sesion of fortnite but out of no where every time i play a song or anything with audio a i hear crackling . When the song gets lauder the crackling gets louder too. I tried enhancments. audio quality. troubleshooter. and every other basic audio setting. Thank you for your help

Okaz so i tried fresh instal of windows and it didnt work either

As I understand there's crackling sound in headphones and speakers.

 

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 

 

Have you attempted to update the BIOS?

Did you try running the HP Diagnostics test on the Audio? 

 

Also try perform the following steps:

  1. Shut the computer off.
  2. Press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds to reset the EC (Embedded Controller) to re-initiate the speakers.
