@eldarhhot, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
To assist you better, what is the exact model of the HP computer you are using?
Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.
Install updates using HP Support Assistant
- In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.
- Check for updates.
- If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.
If the issue persists, go to the Device Manager box, right-click the audio driver and choose Uninstall. Restart your computer, and Windows will try to reinstall it for you.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
