I used UEFI. Can’t hear any sound from my computer, but ear-phones work

I used UEFI. Code of error: 64R0GF-7328BE-MFPWXF-219P03. Anybody knows what does it mean?

I checked the code and found that one of the below-listed components is faulty.

It can be replaced/repaired only through Phone support.
