Product: HP ENVY Laptop 13-ah0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop microphone constantly records - voices or other sounds - and plays them back. It is not possible to use the laptop to listen to anything or a feedback loop starts. 

It has only recently started doing this. I have tried downloading and reinstalling a new Realtek audio driver - but that hasn't worked.  Please can someone help?

I understand that the HP Envy laptop is constantly on and playing back what it records.

 

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

If the issue still persists, you have to perform the system reset.
