My internal microphone stopped working at my Tuesday Zoom meetings approx. 3 weeks ago.  When testing the microphone it is only registering 2% to 3% - no one can hear me at the Zoom Meetings. I went onto ZOOM Support site and tested the microphone with playback and it appears to be working fine.

I am wondering if Realtek Audio (Internal Microphone Array) performed an automatic Update that presented this audio problem because when tested on my computer the microphone is still not working. Just to be clear, I can "hear" everyone else at  the ZOOM meeting - they just cannot hear me. In checking 

I have an HP Laptop with Windows 10 operating system.
