Lack of driver audio

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good morning, I please ask you if someone is able to understand the following microsoft community issue, due to my HP pavillion 15 audio problems. It's all explained. Thank you so much

HP has dozens of different audio drivers for HP machines, you need to know your machine and which one you need. I think that is the problem, not lack.  Before we can help, we need to know what EXACTLY is your Pavilion 15 (do you know what it is ) ? Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

I've already looked for correct driver (downloading it from official hp drivers site, after I specified my pc version), but it did not worked, as a matter of fact its installation failed (as you can see - with error number reported - from screenshots I posted in Microsoft Community).
