Pavillion -15-cw1511na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Product number 7GS04EA#ABU, hp Pavillion -15-cw1511na

Bought this laptop about a month ago. Audio problem started a couple of days ago. Whenever I play any Audio or Video file, Initially the sound is maximum then after a couple of seconds drops to very low. If I open another file same thing repeats. Mute/Unmute same thing happens. Max sound first and then after 2 seconds drops to very low. With ear phones I don't have the same issue. Only with Laptop speakers. Updated audio drivers, tried windows troubleshooting and hp diagnostics, reset the whole windows, tried antivirus scanning but did not solve the issue. I think before this problem started, there was a spontaneous windows update. Please help.
