While using the laptop, at a random moment in time, the laptop screen turns off, all sounds turn off, and it stops responding to any commands, including the power button. There is one critical error in the event log related to the addition of the service (text from screenshots):
The description for event ID 258 from the IntcAzAudAddService source cannot be found. The component causing this event is not installed on this local computer or is corrupted. Install or restore the component on the local computer.
If the event occurred on another computer, you may need to save the displayed information along with the event.
The following information was added to the event:
\Device\00000065
HAP AcpCreateAudioEngine
0xC00000BB
The specified file cannot be found
The problem has existed for quite a long time, about 3 months ago, but it used to appear less often, then more often (about a month ago), and up to this point it was rare again. I tried to look for errors through the built-in sfc utility, but the result says that all files are intact. Updating the drivers also did not give any results. Scanning with HP Support Assistant also did not reveal any errors.
