Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi

the latest windows 10 installed on my laptop yesterday.

Since then my audio is tinny and sitant even at full volume.

I think the beats audio has been removed. how can i get it back on my laptop please?

Hi,

 

Try installing the IDT HD Audio software package on the following link ( this should also provide the Beats gui ).

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63555.exe

 

When the installation has completed, restart the notebook.
