My laptop just lost audio all of a sudden, the speakers stopped working. I did not install anything new. I tried everything including restarting, running audio check, chatting with virtual agent and running a lot more tests, nothing works. Now I have to use Bluetooth headphones if I want to listen to music or do zoom meeting, it's quite inconvenience, can someone please help?

What is your HP ENVY 15x360 PC ? I think it is a machine with AMD processor. Ii YES, please try
(a) Uninstall Audio driver
(b) do a cleanup using following information/fix:
https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601
https://drivers.amd.com/drivers/amdcleanuputility.exe
(c) reboot machine
Machine will re-install Audio driver for you.
Otherwise, please post back what is the model/product of your machine.
Regards.
