I have an HP ENVY TouchSmart 17-j137cl Notebook with Product Number F9M15UA#ABA running WINDOWS 10 Home v 10.0.177763 Build 177763

 

It comes equipped with BeatsAudio quad speakers and two subwoofers. The system info indicates it is a High Definition Audio Device.  

 

Ever since it came out of the box, the speaker sound volume is on the very low side at full volume and I haven’t been able to figure out what to do to bring out the full volume this beats audio HP product should be able to deliver.

 

Please let me know what settings, adjustments or drivers are necessary to make this unit deliver the volume it should?

Please download and install IDT High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver for your machine:
