Hp Customer service sucks..the site wasn't how you described it..had to fish around to finally get to phone #. My case # wasn't available...chat wasnt available...it shouldn't be this hard with a new computer...I have better things to do with my time..I'm going to return it and get an Asus...

I have the same problem with my envy 13 360. There are reviews out in the internet that also state low volume issues. I can't understand dialog, from any video, from the speakers over a fan that is running several feet away.
