HP PAVILLION NOTEBOOK
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I HAVE TRIED ALL THE STEPS THAT HP ASSISTANT VIRTUAL ROBOT GAVE.

STILL,  MY VOLUME SPORADICALLY GOES DOWN ON ITS OWN SOMETIMES.

ALSO, WHEN MY VOLUME GETS LOWERED AUTOMATICALLY, IF I PHYSICALLY PRESS THE VOLUME DOWN BUTTON IT DOES NOT RESPOND

USUALLY, THE VOLUME GOES DOWN UNTIL IT REACHES MUTE AND THEN STAYS AT THAT LOCATION

PLEASE HELP

PRODUCT NAME:HP Pavilion Notebook

PRODUCT NUMBER: T0D96UA#ABA
