HP Recommended

Hello! On hp 255 G8 (my friend have a same model, same malfunction). Windows 10 LTSC. Those devices were purchased without Windows pre-installed, so we had to install it on our own. Microphone is not detected completely - in windows sound configuration snap-in on "recording devices" tab we get only "Realtek sound mixer" (after installing some Realtek Audio codec drivers from Realtek website) and "Output jack", though physically - microphone arrays are likely to be present on screen bezel, next to the camera.  So, because it is not detected - WIndows sound hardware troubleshooting also comes useless, cause it can only troubleshoot devices which WIndows detect. All other device drivers installed and working, no unknown devices present in Device Manager.
