HP Pavilion 14 Laptop PC 14-ec1000 (4V212AV)

I have submitted a case for repair of mic. I have tried using virtual assistant 10 times, but no improvement.

My mic is not working . MS Teams, Audio recorder, camera, nothing is working.

 

The case with number [Personal Information Removed]has not been looked into since 2 weeks.!!

 

I am facing issues in meetings, and recording videos/audio since more than a month. 

Request HP team to look into the issue.

I see that you are facing issues with the microphone of your HP Pavilion 14 Laptop PC 14-Ec1000 (4V212AV).

 

I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this web link
Note: Select your country from the dropdown,  enter the city or postal code, select the product, change the radius, and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location.
