I was on zoom meeting, but my built-in microphone does't work.

I checked setting, privacy setting, troubleshooting, and also run the audio check through hp.

How can I fix this...

I'm having driver issues with the built-in microphone.  Is your driver working?  An easy way to check that is to lanch Microsoft app "voice recorder" -- if you get a blue "mic" icon when you start it, the driver is not likely the issue.  (Note that you might also have a "mic mute" button -- mine is on F8 key.  In my experience, "voice recorder" shows blue mic if the hardware is installed properly; it won't actually record unless the mute is disabled.)

I've got an AMD system (13z-ay000).  Installing the AMD software package fixed my mic and power issue (doesn't sleep or hibernate as scheduled, LOTS of system resets) -- however, I don't want all that bloatware, so I'm still trying to find a way to get just the AMD drivers without all the AMD software.  If you're on AMD and this interests you, LMK and I'll try to keep you posted.
