Resolve Windows 10 related issues for your HP computers or printers by HP Windows 10 Support Center
I purchased 2 of these laptops at the same time and one of them has issues with the speaker. Whenever I try to use it for zoom calls or teams for example I get the same error message:
"Failed to detect your microphone. Please make sure your microphone is properly connected"
I dont know why this suddenly starting doing this, as the other laptop's microphone works perfectly fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated
