Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4V9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Had the screen of my laptop replaced yesterday and ever since the microphone isn't working/being detected.  It worked perfectly fine before the replacement.  Technicians insist that they did not touch the microphone when replacing the screen, however, the microphone is a component of the screen!?  Any recommendations how to fix it?

to verify that the display was well assembled, check if the webcam works, since the microphones are integrated in the webcam.
