Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Brand new All in One with Windows 11.  Internal mic does not work nor does a headset mic.  I've checked all settings (many times), followed many YouTube videos and restarted many times.  The HP troubleshooter says that everything is fine (it's clearly not).  I don't know what else to try.  Bought this to  use for remote work ... but I can't operate without a mic.  Has anyone had similar issues?
