HP Recommended
Product: EHP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4W0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

New laptop and microphone works with Flag + H to type but not with Skype or Zoom. On sound testing the volume is only 0-1%.  Speaker is OK. I have done all the routine driver replacement checking microphone is accessible to skype etc but no luck! Suggestions most welcome.
