I understand that the mute button is stuck on your notebook.

May I know the model number of your notebook? Click here. Please do not share the serial number of your computer.
Is the mute button physically stuck or is it not responding your computer taskbar.
If the button is physically stuck, please contact our phone support for the service options available.
If the speaker icon on the taskbar is stuck in mute.
Please run HP Support Assistant to update the audio driver along with other drivers on your computer. Click here.
