Hello @Eric108,

Could you please try this audio driver:

Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver (Windows 10 v1903)

Description:

This package provides the driver that enables the Realtek Audio insupported notebook models that are running a supported operatingsystem.

Fix and enhancements:

- Fixes an issue which causes the Conexant APO (Audio ProcessingObject) to stop functioning.

Let me know if that works or not.

Kind regards,
Eddy
