Step 2 Re-install the Audio drivers -
1) In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.
2) Double-click Sound, video and game controllers.
3) Right click on the Audio drivers and click on uninstall.
4) Restart the computer.
5) Download and install the audio driver from this link.
Also, try updating the computer -
Step 3 Windows Updates -
1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Step 4 HP Support Assistant Updates -
1) In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
If the issue still persists, test the audio -
1) Shutdown the computer.
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.

HI Asmita6658
Thank you so much for your solutions
To be honest, I have tried all your solutions but can not resolve
I think that the audio driver or bios has not been updated in the long time on HP wedsite,
so could you give me the latest audio driver (your driver in email, I tried but can not) ?
Thank you in advance
Thanks and Best Regards,

Thanks for replying, Nguyen. The HP Support Assistant will install the latest updates for your computer. Have you tried updating through the HP Support Assistant? Also, did you run the audio test? If you have already done that and test result comes as "Pass", you may try restoring the computer using these steps -
1) Save any open files and close all open programs.
2) In Windows, search for restore, and then open Create a restore point from the results list.
3) On the System Protection tab, click System Restore.
4) Click Next.
5) Click the Restore Point that you want to use, then click Next.
6) Click Finish to restore your computer to a previous point.
7) Do not interrupt System Restore when it starts. This can corrupt your hard drive and create more problems. 😎 Click Yes in the warning that appears.
9) System Restore returns the computer configuration to a previous point in time and restarts.

Hi Asmita
Thank you so much for your kind support.
As to your question, I respond as below:
>> Have you tried updating through the HP Support Assistant?
Yes, I have
>> Also, did you run the audio test?
Yes, I did.
As to another solution: restoring, I have not yet tried but I tried to install factory setting by HP restore disk D and
can not resolve.
So I think your solution maybe ... If you have any idea about this, please fee free to tell me.
FYI, In this case, I tried all things but give up. I guess that the root cause maybe from keyboard driver but
when I access to HP website for my PC, there is not any driver for keyboard. Touch pad also is old version for win 10 (v1607)
Thank again for kind support.
Thanks and Best Regards,
NguyenThanh
